In this role, you'll help keep our business running smoothly by ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time while supporting key financial processes that make an impact across the organization.

What You'll Do

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing, verifying, and processing vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Preparing and processing weekly payment runs
• Reconciling vendor statements and researching payment discrepancies
• Partnering with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues
• Assisting with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and accruals
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency within Accounts Payable

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate work.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Dynamics 365 experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines
• Strong communication skills with both vendors and internal business partners
