Shift:

8-hour days, Monday-Friday (7:00am-3:00pm; late room 7:00am-5:00pm; no Wednesday 10-hour shift)

52 weeks (ongoing weekly locum tenens needs)

Call Schedule:

3:00pm-7:00am, every 3rd night (must cover OB); no call for late room

Credentialing Time Frame:

60-90 days (temporary privileges available with clear background and malpractice history)

EMR:

Cerner (experience with Cerner preferred)

Team:

5 anesthesia providers

Operating Rooms:

4 ORs

Job Requirements - CRNA Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience providing general anesthesia in OR and perioperative settings

Active, unrestricted CRNA license (state license required; Indiana license preferred)

All certifications must be AHA issued (BLS, ACLS as applicable)

Documented proof of epidurals, spinals, and regional blocks (case logs required)

COI-IN PCF required

Prior experience covering OB call and pediatric anesthesia cases preferred

Responsibilities - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Provide high-quality anesthesia care across a broad case mix including Endoscopy, Obstetrics (OB), Pediatrics, Urology, ENT, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics

Perform spinals, epidurals, and peripheral/regional nerve blocks

Respond to call within 20 minutes for urgent/OB coverage

Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists (MDs) and fellow CRNAs in a supportive team-based environment

Maintain accurate case logs, documentation, and compliance with hospital policies and Cerner charting

Uphold patient safety, perioperative best practices, and evidence-based anesthesia care
