Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare construction projects from planning through implementation

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously

• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets

• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, healthcare authorities, stakeholders, and clients

• Manage project communication and coordination

• Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors to obtain reasonable costs

• Review project costs and change orders

• Monitor project progress and deadlines

• Maintain high standards of workmanship

• Ensure construction follows approved plans and specifications

• Identify and resolve project issues

• Coordinate project activities from preconstruction through completion

Qualifications and Certifications

• 10 to 15 years of construction management experience

• Direct healthcare construction experience required

• Direct experience working in active hospital environments required

• Direct HCAI construction and design experience required

• Experience independently managing multiple healthcare renovation projects

• Experience with projects valued at more than 8 million dollars strongly required

• Strong experience managing contractors and subcontractors

• Experience with both Design Build and Design Bid Build

• Strong project scheduling and budget management experience

• Strong understanding of healthcare construction processes

• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents

• Strong change order and contractor negotiation experience

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong project documentation and administrative abilities

• Bluebeam experience required

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required

• Ability to work fully onsite
