Financial Analyst (Client Facing)

Kforce has a client in Oakdale, MN that is in need of a Financial Analyst for a client-facing role. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret financial data, including building cash flow models to assess overall financial health
- Conduct detailed credit evaluations to assess risk and support decision-making
- Partner with internal finance teams to evaluate performance trends and key profitability drivers
- Develop data-driven recommendations supported by quantitative analysis
- Monitor and manage existing lending portfolios, identifying trends and emerging risks
- Serve as a primary point of contact for advisors and clients, understanding needs and recommending solutions
- Communicate lending strategies and capabilities to both prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to support growth and retention initiatives
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identify process improvement opportunities, driving efficiency through automation and streamlined workflows
- 3+ years of experience in finance or analytical roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, client-facing approach; confident presenter in individual and group settings
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently and anticipate needs
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on client service and relationship management
- Experience with Power Automate, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Background in financial services (wealth management, banking, insurance, or related sectors) preferred
