Requirements:

- Current licensure as an RN in the State or Authorization to Practice pending licensure by endorsement

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

- Current BCLS & ACLS

- Excellent assessment, communication, computer, and documentation skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Direct and coordinate members of the patient care team to ensure quality patient care.

- Develop patient care plans in partnership with physicians and the healthcare team.

- Utilize the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for all assigned patients.

- Promote teamwork with medical staff and personnel throughout the facility.

- Adhere to hospital policies regarding confidentiality and professional standards.
