Service BDC & Guest Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Service BDC & Guest Experience Coordinator to join our Service Department. This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience by driving service appointments, supporting our Service Advisors, coordinating Service Valet and loaner vehicles, and maintaining accurate service records.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls and assist guests with scheduling service appointments
• Answer guest questions and provide professional, helpful communication
• Promote, schedule, and coordinate Service Valet appointments
• Manage the service loaner vehicle process , including scheduling, records, documentation, and vehicle tracking
• Follow up with guests regarding their service experience and help support overall guest satisfaction
• Perform daily administrative duties including record keeping, scanning, filing, document organization, and data entry
• Maintain accurate and organized service department records
• Assist with Guest Concierge responsibilities as needed
• Provide additional administrative and operational support to the Service Department as needed

• Previous dealership, BDC, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday with a rotating Saturday schedule
