Responsibilities
- Must have at least 2 years of processing motor vehicle work and fingerprinted with the state
- New Jersey and Out of State knowledge MV registration processing
- Reconcile MV accounting schedule
- Scanning and filing of documents
- General accounting duties in coordination with MV processing
- Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work
- Assist the Office Manager with additional administrative and office-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- HS/GED Diploma, and a min of two (years) experience
- Attention to detail (particularly with typing and bookkeeping)
- Microsoft, Excel
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
- Strong work ethic
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to work as a team player
