Sales Trainee, Early Career Program - Energy & Commodity Markets (start August 2026)

Overview Graduates will enter an 18‑month graduate program within Argus Media’s global commercial organization, rotating across sales, customer success and related teams to build commercial and product expertise. Role and Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer experience from onboarding to issue resolution. Use CRM to track accounts, analyze usage trends, and devise revenue‑growth tactics. Demo products, clarify client requirements, and evaluate new business opportunities. Generate new business through outbound prospecting during Sales Development rotations. Gather company information, participate in training, workshops, and team‑building events. Compile reports and present findings to staff. Analyze existing systems and propose improvement ideas. Conduct research and assist manager or supervisor as required. Skills and Experience Recent college graduate. Commercial mindset and curiosity. Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong research and analytical skills. Creative problem‑solving abilities.
