Austin-based law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join its Legal Claims Resolution Team. This team manages pre-suit legal claims and early-stage litigation involving allegedly defective motor vehicles across multiple states.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in gaining hands-on experience in the legal field.

What You’ll Do

• Assist Claims Managers with their docket of pre-suit claims and early-stage lawsuits
• Review, organize, and maintain electronic claim files
• Gather documentation related to legal claims
• Prepare draft case summaries and internal analyses
• Communicate professionally with client representatives, local counsel, vendors, and internal personnel
• Conduct follow-up calls to obtain documentation and track outstanding items
• Use internal systems and databases to monitor claims and lawsuit deadlines
• Support efforts to resolve claims efficiently and effectively

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of professional experience (legal or administrative experience helpful but not required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
