Admissions Relationship Manager, Alpha - $200,000/year USD

You will manage the complete admissions process for a campus, spanning initial application to final enrollment. This is an end-to-end ownership position. You are accountable for the family experience, the clarity with which they understand our approach, and ensuring enrollment decisions are made with appropriate rationale. You will evaluate alignment, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when necessary. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Strategic alignment is. What You Will Be Doing Taking full ownership of the enrollment process for prospective families, beginning with initial outreach and concluding with onboarding. Facilitating discovery conversations to evaluate alignment before proposing solutions or advising on subsequent actions. Stewarding 20+ concurrent family relationships across various enrollment stages, maintaining transparent tracking and timely follow-up. Facilitating campus visits, student shadow days, and enrollment dialogues that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the model's intended audience. Ensuring CRM accuracy and enrollment data integrity (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, priority management, and sustained service excellence. What You Won’t Be Doing Deploying transactional or aggressive sales approaches. Accepting families with poor fit simply to meet enrollment targets. Overseeing teams or navigating complex approval hierarchies. Handing off the family relationship to other team members. Operating remotely. This is an on-campus position by necessity. Admissions Relationship Manager Key Responsibilities Deliver and manage a high-integrity, selective enrollment experience that attracts aligned families while safeguarding the standards and effectiveness of the Alpha educational model. Basic Requirements 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (including education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium memberships, or independently operated client services). Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment lifecycle from initial engagement through final onboarding. Experience concurrently overseeing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts in various stages, supported by an organized tracking and prioritization approach. Capacity to offer specific examples of consultative judgment, including instances where you recommended against your offering when fit was inadequate. Professional writing experience with senior leadership, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders. Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: La Jolla, Malibu, CA; CA; Los Angeles, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; or Santa Monica, CA. U.S. work authorization without need for visa sponsorship. Nice-to-have Requirements Experience in admissions for selective private schools or enrollment for competitive programs. History in luxury hospitality, VIP guest relations, or executive support functions. Experience developing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols. Proficiency using CRM data and analytics to enhance conversion quality rather than solely velocity.
