Client Relationship Manager

Lead the service delivery model and wealth management banking strategy for the respective markets Drive business growth while minimizing regulatory, financial, operational, and reputational risks Partner with market leadership, Market Executives, Resident Directors, Financial Advisors, Wealth Management Client Associates, and Wealth Management Associates to facilitate daily business needs Hire, develop, and lead cross-functional professionals supporting Financial Advisor teams and client service delivery Supervise financial transactions and operations, ensuring risk management best practices and compliance with policies and procedures Prepare to effectively manage branch audits Oversee the client service experience and review approval of new client accounts Lead Wealth Management Client Associates and the branch Operations Department to meet client service and operational excellence goals Model an inclusive environment for employees and clients Drive process knowledge, operational excellence, innovation, data-based decision making, and continuous improvement Communicate enterprise decisions, purpose, results, strategy, priorities, and contributions Ensure proper risk discipline, controls, and culture; identify, escalation, and debate issues Provide inspection, coaching, and feedback to improve performance Manage expenses and budgets in alignment with objectives Assess talent and build organizational bench strength Deliver business results by prioritizing, inspecting, and delegating team work Requirements Currently hold FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65), Series 9 and 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent licenses and Series 3, 31 licenses, if warranted Minimum of five years of professional experience High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Skills in Compensation Analysis, Performance Management, Process Performance Management, Referral Management, Workforce Planning, Due Diligence, Internal Audit Review, Leadership Development, Recruiting, Risk Management, Client Management, Customer Service Management, Employee Counseling, Succession Planning, and Trade Operations Management Ability to work 40 hours per week on 1st shift Selected employees may be required to work onsite in accordance with the workplace excellence policy Demonstrates expertise in Wealth Management Strategy, Risk Management, and Client Service Excellence while leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Holds relevant FINRA licenses and possesses strong skills in Performance Management and Leadership Development.
