Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll support, including collecting inputs (bonuses, overtime, reimbursements), preparing payroll documentation, and resolving payroll-related inquiries
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely data entry
• Administer employee documentation, including contracts, annexes, benefits, and employment-related records in line with legal requirements
• Prepare HR, payroll, and audit reports while supporting compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
• Oversee document processing, archiving, and handling of employee-related documentation (e.g., sick leave, vacations, requests)
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, coordination, and communication with stakeholders
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll teams to ensure smooth HR operations
• Assist in maintaining HR policies, guidelines, and internal documentation while identifying opportunities for process improvements

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of English and Croatian (written and spoken)
• Experience or strong understanding of payroll, HR administration, and employee documentation processes
• Knowledge of Croatian Labor Law is an advantage
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, HRIS, HCM) is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and improve processes
