Lube Technician

The RoleWe're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team and help provide fast, high-quality maintenance services to our valued customers. As a Lube Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping vehicles running smoothly through essential services like oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and inspections. If you're passionate about cars, take pride in your work, and enjoy being part of a dynamic dealership environment, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll DoRoutine Maintenance: Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and other preventative maintenance services on a wide range of vehicles.Vehicle Inspections: Conduct multi-point inspections to identify wear, safety issues, and potential repairs.Shop Support: Assist service technicians with light mechanical tasks as needed and help maintain a clean and organized workspace.Customer Satisfaction: Work with service advisors to ensure clear communication with customers and contribute to an exceptional service experience.Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and adhere to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow technicians, advisors, and parts department staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.Ongoing Learning: Participate in training to stay current on the latest tools, techniques, and maintenance procedures.QualificationsExperience Prior experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred but not required—training will be provided.Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right the first time.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.Basic computer skills to navigate service systems and documentation tools.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive wage with room to grow!Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401KAbout the CompanyThe Tamaroff Group, a respected name in the automotive industry for over 50 years, is always looking for talented individuals to join our team.
