The role combines end-user support with involvement in process control systems (PCS), connected production equipment, and technology improvements. Working alongside divisional IT, engineering, and maintenance teams, the successful candidate will investigate issues, support approved changes, and develop broader IT/OT capabilities.ResponsibilitiesIT SupportTroubleshoot computers, peripherals, approved software, user access, and Microsoft 365 issues.Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, documenting resolutions and communicating progress.Support equipment deployment, maintenance, asset records, and employee onboarding and off boarding.Follow established security, access, and change-management procedures.Participate in compliance testing as requiredAbility to lead small projectsNetwork & Operational Technology SupportInvestigate wired and wireless connectivity issues and assist with approved network installations and changes.Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining process control systems, connected manufacturing equipment, and related interfaces under technical guidance.Participate in approved system updates, backups, equipment replacements, testing, and technology improvements.Support IT/OT security standards and maintain accurate system, equipment, and connectivity documentation.Develop technical skills through cross-training and participation in manufacturing technology projects.About the companyCompensation and Benefits:If a pay range is identified for this job, it is based on a good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
