IT Support Specialist

Salary: $39,520 - 45,760 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a related field, or an associate degree with relevant work experience; an associate degree is listed as required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and chat queues.
• Ability to learn new technologies and software quickly.
• Ability to complete six weeks of training.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Help desk experience of one year is preferred.
• A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications are helpful but not required.
• Availability to work eight-hour shifts that may start between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

• Respond promptly and professionally to distributors calls and emails.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to distributors across the United States.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
• Use Freshservice to track, document, and resolve support issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify and escalate recurring issue trends to support process improvements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and training to strengthen technical knowledge and skills.
• Assist with chat queues when required.
