Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical‑Surgical Unit‑II (Full‑Time Night) Location & Shift Newark Beth Israel Medical Center – Newark, NJ Night Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am (every other weekend required; weekly schedule may vary) Pay $49.28 – $66.05 per hour (based on qualification and experience) Job Overview Provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical staff and within the guidelines of the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act. Implement the hospital’s mission and goals through established policies, procedures and performance improvement activities. Provide individualized age‑specific professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital. Required Certifications and Licenses Active NJ RN license or multistate RN license with NJ endorsement BLS certification through American Heart Association Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Scheduling Requirements Night Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am with alternating weekends. Weekly schedule may vary based on department needs. Essential Functions Deliver professional nursing care, collaborate with medical staff, adhere to the state practice act, and incorporate principles of growth and development to assess patient needs with age‑specific treatment modalities.
