Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Days, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Every Other Weekend (EOW) and Every Other Holiday (EOH).

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel Med Surg RN with tele experience to provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced environment and may float to the Med Surg Telemetry unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients in the Medical Surgical unit.
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in patient assessments and care planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1-2+ years of Med Surg nursing experience required.
• 1+ year of recent travel experience required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is required.
• Telemetry experience is necessary.
