As a Team Lead at Marketplace Velocity, you'll oversee a dedicated team managing a portfolio of high‑performing Amazon and Walmart accounts. What You’ll Do Lead & Scale Your Team Oversee a team of account managers and specialists managing multiple client accounts Own client relationships and ensure exceptional results across your portfolio Build and implement systems that allow your team to scale efficiently Set strategy and direction for how your team approaches account optimization and growth Develop Your People Recruit, train, and mentor account managers and specialists Create training programs and playbooks that elevate team performance Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement Drive Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities Lead client pitches and close deals for your business unit Develop pricing strategies and service packages Build relationships that generate referrals and expand existing accounts Operate Strategically Analyze team performance metrics and identify growth opportunities Optimize workflows and processes for maximum efficiency Collaborate with other team leads to share best practices Think like a business owner—your team's success is your success About Marketplace Velocity We’re a fast‑growing Amazon and Walmart marketplace management agency that helps brands scale profitably on major e‑commerce platforms.
