Project & Design Director

We are looking for a Project Director to lead the design and delivery of complex, high-profile projects across international markets. This is a leadership role for an architect who combines design excellence, technical expertise, and the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams while building trusted relationships with clients. What You'll Do Lead the creative vision and technical execution of complex architectural projects. Act as the primary client partner throughout the project lifecycle. Drive quality, schedule, and project performance from concept through delivery. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, BIM, MEP, structural engineering, and external consultants. Present design solutions and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and make informed decisions to keep projects on track. Foster collaboration while maintaining the highest standards of design and technical excellence. What You Bring Degree in Architecture with extensive experience leading large-scale, complex projects. Outstanding design judgment supported by strong technical expertise. Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills. Ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
