What you'll do: Develop, test, and maintain scalable software components, APIs, and user interfaces using languages such as Java and Rust. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs and deliver high-quality solutions. Implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines, ensuring code quality through automated testing and code reviews. Integrate AI/ML models and generative AI tools to enhance application functionality and development efficiency. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance to ensure reliability and scalability. Provide technical guidance to small engineering teams and contribute to ongoing process improvements. What you'll bring: Proficiency in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices to ensure modular, maintainable software. Experience delivering features and services through collaborative engineering teams, including implementation, testing, and support. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs. Familiarity with continuous integration, automated testing, and CI/CD deployment pipelines. Ability to integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency. Competence in debugging, quality assurance, and code review to maintain high-quality deliverables. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
