Who you’ll work for: Greenleaf Therapeutics LLC — a subsidiary within Canopy USA. Canopy USA brings together Acreage, Wana, and Jetty to streamline operations, unlock efficiencies, and drive growth across state-legal markets. With brands spanning flower (Superflux), edibles and beverages (Wana), vapes and concentrates (Jetty), and retail (The Botanist), we’re accelerating expansion with a special focus on the Midwest and Northeast.

A day in this role

You arrive for a quick huddle, review production goals, and check your station. You scale ingredients, prepare batches, and run mixers, ovens, and depositors to craft cannabis-infused edibles. Throughout the shift, you label and package finished goods by hand and via equipment, follow quality checkpoints, and document counts, inventory, weights, and measurements in company systems. Between runs, you sanitize tools, wipe down surfaces, and keep the kitchen spotless—always watching for cross-contamination risks and health code issues. You collaborate with the Kitchen Manager on process tweaks and new recipes, and you end the day proud of the KPIs you helped the team hit.

What you’ll do

• Produce, label, and package cannabis-infused edibles by hand and with machinery.
• Capture accurate batch data (counts, inventory, weights, measurements) using company protocols and systems.
• Follow SOPs and quality standards; verify compliance at each step.
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and safe kitchen; immediately report safety or compliance concerns.
• Clean and sanitize floors, workstations, tools, and equipment; mitigate cross-contamination and health code risks.
• Offer input on new products and recipes to improve output and consistency.
• Meet daily targets, kitchen objectives, and KPIs; assist the Kitchen Manager with additional tasks as needed.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of kitchen, food service, or related production experience.
• Hands-on experience with candies, chocolates, cookies, brownies, or other baked goods (preferred).
• Familiarity with marijuana, medical, health, and sanitation regulations (preferred).
• Food Handlers/ServSafe certificate (preferred) and ability to obtain if not current.
• Calm under pressure, deadline-focused, and meticulous about detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset and ability to work independently.

Technology expectations

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn and accurately use seed-to-sale tracking software.

Schedule

Available to work [daily schedule], with flexibility for mandatory overtime as required to meet business needs.

Manufacturing environment that requires extended time standing, walking, bending and reaching. Ability to carry up to 50lbs for up to a distance of 100ft may be required. Occasional extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects. Ability to work in a humid and pollinated environment.
