The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP, excellent Excel skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves performing reconciliations, data analysis, and various other tasks to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.**Location Requirement:**This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days a week onsite. We welcome candidates within a commutable distance to our headquarters in Westbrook, Maine.## **Why this role matters:**The purpose of our global finance team is to efficiently deliver relevant, reliable and timely financial services and to partner in business decisions which will enhance IDEXX's long-term value for employees, customers, and shareholders.## ## **In this role:*** **Pricing implementation** into SAP. You will understand the commercial offering intended and manage implementation and controls associated to it.* **Data Management:** You will input data into accounts, systems, and/or databases according to established guidelines and procedures.* **Auditing and Validation:** You will audit, validate, and reconcile data for accuracy to ensure adherence to established policies.* **Discrepancy Resolution:** You will identify and resolve discrepancies, making corrections as needed.* **Reconciliations and Analysis:** You will perform regular reconciliations and data analysis to support pricing and billing functions.* **Reporting:** You will generate and maintain reports related to pricing, billing, and collections.* **Collaboration:** You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pricing and billing processes.## **What you need to succeed:*** **Experience:** Proven experience with SAP and billing systems.* **Excel Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.* **Attention to Detail:** Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and analysis.* **Analytical Skills:** Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills.* **Team Player:** Ability to work effectively in a team environment## **What You Can Expect From Us:*** $26/hr.+ based on experience* Opportunity for an annual bonus* Health / Dental / Vision Benefits Day-One* 5% matching 401k* Additional benefits including but not limited to financial support, pet insurance, mental health resources, volunteer paid days off, employee stock program, foundation donation matching, and much more!## **Why IDEXX?**We’re proud of the work we do, because our work matters.
