Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure smooth business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of daily operations
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with business objectives
