Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in a Level II Trauma Center ICU setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage the care of acutely ill patients.
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to vital signs and diagnostic tests.
• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with protocols.
• Assist in procedures such as chest tube insertion and manage central lines.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required, including experience in a Trauma II facility.
• Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Proficiency in Epic charting system.
• Ability to float between like units and handle multi-patient care efficiently.
• Adaptable and open to working weekends and holidays as required.
