PHYSICAL THERAPIST Outpatient

Pay or shift range: $37.19 USD to $56.90 USD The pay range reflects the current compensation range for this position at the time of posting. Individual offers are determined based on directly related experience, skills, education, internal equity, and other job-related factors. Not all candidates will qualify for the upper end of the posted range. Description The physical therapist is responsible for evaluating all patients across the life span assigned to them, determine short-term and long-term goals in conjunction with the patient and other team members when appropriate, develop and implement a comprehensive treatment program to meet these goals without direct supervision, and perform these tasks in a timely, effective manner that corresponds to the normal productivity standards for the department. Additional responsibilities will include administrative assignments as assigned. Physical Therapists will adhere to all state and federal regulations that apply to the practice of physical therapy. Experience Desired Two years of clinical experience is preferred. One year of experience in a specialized area is preferred. License Requirements Current or eligible for licensure in the State of Virginia. License Desired Membership in state and national professional organizations is preferred.
