Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$3006.80/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized emergency nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Assess, coordinate, and implement treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Render immediate emergency medical care to adult patients experiencing trauma, stroke, or other acute conditions. Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret dysrhythmias, and manage ventilator and airway needs. Administer IV therapy, including blood products, vasopressors, and central line care. Implement isolation precautions, triage procedures, and document patient care accurately in EPIC. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for rapid stabilization and transport. Float within skillset and utilize specialized equipment like Bair hugger and rapid infuser. Qualifications: Hold an active New York Single State RN license. Possess a minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience. Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC charting system. Certified in BLS, ACLS; NIHSS preferred. Showcase expertise in trauma, neuro, cardiac, and pediatric emergency care. Capable of managing multiple urgent cases in a high-pressure setting.
