VP Network Operations - Banking & Finance

The company is seeking a Network Engineer to support the evolution of its network infrastructure, focusing on improving performance, scalability, and operational efficiency through automation, monitoring, and proactive issue prevention within a large-scale financial environment. Responsibilities Improving observability and monitoring across all network systems Driving automation to reduce manual work and speed up fixes Strengthening incident management and root cause analysis Ensuring smooth rollout of new network changes and services Working closely with engineering teams to maintain operational stability Leading improvements in processes, tools, and operating models Required Skills/Qualifications 15+ years’ experience in networking / infrastructure operations Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change - Proven expertise Strong background in large enterprise or carrier-grade networks Experience with LAN/WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and network security Familiar with cloud networking environments Strong skills in monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysisExperience with ITIL / IT service management processes Knowledge of automation tools (Python, Ansible) Salary 200k + 50% bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited
