Established Client Base – Step into strong existing relationships with room to expand. What You’ll Do Manage and review complex tax engagements. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on tax strategy and planning. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Mentor and review work of staff and seniors. Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and firm revenue. Play a key role in long‑term firm leadership and succession planning. What We’re Looking For CPA required. 8–12+ years of public accounting tax experience. Strong technical expertise in business and individual taxation (C‑Corp, S‑Corp, partnerships, 1040s). Proven ability to manage client relationships independently. Interest in leadership and long‑term growth (partnership mindset). Experience reviewing work and mentoring staff.
