Customer Service Specialist

We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support plan members as they create important legal and estate planning documents. In this role, you’ll guide members through digital tools, answer questions, and help ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. Work Model: Hybrid What You Will Do: Deliver exceptional customer service through virtual appointments and video-based interactions Guide members in creating and completing documents using digital tools Assist with online scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and cancellations Facilitate virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams and other audio/video platforms Explain planning documents, processes, referrals, and available professional services Listen actively, identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and resolve challenges efficiently De-escalate concerns with empathy and professionalism while ensuring a positive member experience Maintain punctual attendance, be prepared for appointments, and represent company values in a professional virtual environment What You Will Need to Be Successful: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience Strong commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and spelling Active listening skills with the ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy and patience Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and technologies Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional, positive, and collaborative attitude Additional Postings available from Palmer Group #J-18808-Ljbffr
