Responsibilities:

  • Provide Leadership and Guidance: Oversee and supervise caregivers to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of care and are providing exceptional service to our clients.

  • Assess and Evaluate Client Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure their overall health, safety, and well-being.

  • Monitor Client Progress: Regularly monitor client progress and make adjustments to their care plan as needed to ensure optimal health and wellness.

  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and detailed records of client care, including progress notes, incident reports, and medication administration records.

  • Collaborate with Caregivers and Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with caregivers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective care coordination.
