Vice President, Marketing
Johnson & Johnson Innovation Center
Lead downstream marketing and commercialization strategy for Shockwave Medical's intravascular lithotripsy products at Johnson & Johnson. This remote VP role oversees product positioning, launches, brand strategy, and cross-functional partnerships to drive growth in the cardiovascular MedTech space.
Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning, value proposition, and marketing campaigns for IVL products
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches including pricing and account targeting
- Oversee brand strategy, visual identity, and multi-channel communications and public relations
- Direct medical conference strategy and planning of commercial team meetings and events
- Provide strategic input on product development programs and market research initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in medical device industry
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree highly desired
- Knowledge of business finance, strategic planning, product development, and operations
- Understanding of healthcare markets, regulatory environments, and competitive landscape
- Experience with balloon catheter platforms or vascular medical devices preferred
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams with strong communication skills
- Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
