DISTRIBUTION ORDER PICKER

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a DISTRIBUTION ORDER PICKER to join their team. As a DISTRIBUTION ORDER PICKER, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: DISTRIBUTION ORDER PICKER Location: Colonial Heights, VA Pay Range: $17.60 What's the Job? Pick, stack, label, and distribute products within the warehouse efficiently and accurately. Transport materials and items from the picking area to designated locations. Sort and place materials or items on pallets or bakery dollies according to specific sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Load and unloadtrays from trucks, ensuring proper handling and safety. Utilize technology such as RF scanning and voice picking equipment for directed order picking, if applicable. What's Needed? High School diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to follow standard operating procedures and meet productivity goals. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds. Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
