Now Hiring: Warehouse Loaders & Unloaders

Location: Sutherland, VA

S1: Tues-Fri, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM | $21.60/hr

S2: Tues-Fri, 3:30 PM-1:30 AM | $22.95/hr

S4: Sat-Mon, 5:00 AM-5:00 PM | $23.95/hr

Join a busy distribution center team supporting shipping and receiving operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work and staying active throughout their shift.

• Load and unload trailers by hand
• Sort, scan, and palletize freight
• Move products through the warehouse and shipping areas
• Use scanners and warehouse computer systems
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow quality, safety, and productivity standards

• Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive physical work
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sutherland, VA.

The pay range for this position is $21.60 - $27.30/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
