Resident Services Coordinator
Marriott
As a Resident Services Coordinator at Marriott, you support long-stay guests and residents by delivering seamless, personalized service. You act as the main point of contact for requests, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, and help with check-ins, billing questions, and amenity reservations. Partnering with front office and operations teams, you track issues, follow up on resolutions, and maintain accurate records in property systems. You also support resident engagement activities and orientations, ensuring a welcoming environment that reflects Marriott’s people-first culture and commitment to service excellence and long-term guest relationships.
