HVAC Service Technician

$30.00 - $50.00/hr + Overtime + Benefits

An established HVAC and mechanical services organization is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support commercial and mission-critical facilities throughout the Austin market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technician looking to expand their technical expertise while working on a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, rooftop units, boilers, pumps, controls, and related equipment. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems

• Service chillers, RTUs, boilers, VAV systems, pumps, controls, and associated equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service calls

• Conduct system testing and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently

• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records

• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining safe work practices

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred

• Experience servicing chillers required

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude

• Experience with commercial HVAC equipment, controls, and mechanical systems

• Ability to read schematics and utilize diagnostic tools

• Data center or mission-critical facility experience is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

• High School Diploma or GED
