Primary role is to provide risk management solutions utilizing relationship building & consultative selling techniques.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Meet or exceed individual sales activity & production goals. • Interview prospective clients to obtain information about their financial resources and needs, the physical condition of the person or property to be insured and to discuss any existing coverage.• Analyze and explain features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies.
• Ability to problem solve, communicate and make recommendations that are in the best interest of the client.• Provide the highest degree of service and take ownership for each relationship.Essential Functions: • Regularly required to reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, stand, walk and sit for long periods of
time. • Working conditions are normal for an office environment and include operating a motor vehicle in a safe manner while attending meetings and events as required.• Check to ensure appropriate changes were made to resolve customer needs and exceed expectations.• Ability to communicate professionally at all levels and work independently as needed.• Excellent verbal and communication skills on all levels.• Able to read, comprehend information and ideas and convey information effectively• Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.• Pass pre-employment screening and background checks.

Requirements include:Property & Casualty License required. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
