Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative Las Vegas, NV South Shores Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment. Schedule and compensation: Compensation: $ 14 - $16 per hour, for each hour worked This is a part-time position, with availability needed on Mondays & Tuesdays from 8am-6pm and Saturdays from 8am-4pm. We strive to provide warm, compassionate, high-quality care in additional to excellent client service. We offer medical care, boarding, and grooming for small animals as well as exotics, and have rehabilitation and reproduction services available. Our hospital is well equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, surgical laser & cold laser, and recently underwent an expansion of our treatment area. Our dedicated team is supportive, easy going and fun to work with. This is a good-faith estimate based on the role's requirements at the time of posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
