Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience with school-aged children or adolescents preferred
- Expertise in pediatric or adolescent speech-language evaluation and intervention
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Positive attitude and collaborative approach to working in a school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct/indirect therapy for high school or secondary students
- Work collaboratively with educators, special education teams, and families to support student progress
- Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes per IEP and school requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to help develop holistic support strategies
- Educate staff and families on speech-language challenges and effective interventions
