What you’ll bring:

• Active Oregon SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Experience providing speech and language services in a school or pediatric environment
• Understanding of the unique needs of high school or secondary age students
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere

In this role, you will:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in secondary students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and therapy records
• Support IEP development and attend relevant meetings
• Provide training and resources to assist staff with student communication strategies
