Executive Director

Addus Family company seeks an Executive Director to lead strategic, clinical, and operational performance for our home and community-based services. The Executive Director will drive quality care, financial sustainability, and growth across personal care, home health, and hospice, ensuring elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients remain safe and independent at home. This role oversees multi-site teams, compliance, budgets, and partnerships while modeling Addus’ culture of compassion, dignity, integrity, and teamwork. The Executive Director will champion caregiver support, training, and continuous improvement, and will cultivate community and payer relationships that advance our mission and expand services.
