Key Responsibilities Assist with the setup and execution of in-person marketing events, retail promotions, and sales campaigns. Engage directly with customers to promote and sell client products and services. Identify customer needs, explain available products and promotions, and provide personalized recommendations. Drive sales and customer acquisition through face-to-face conversations and promotional events. Serve as a front-line representative for our clients, delivering a professional and positive customer experience. Distribute promotional materials and maintain organized, engaging event displays. Work closely with Account Managers and Campaign Managers to execute marketing, promotional, and sales strategies. Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Represent client brands professionally and accurately communicate current products, services, and promotions. Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training. Requirements Location: Must be in the Des Moines, Iowa area or willing to commute for daily training. Availability: Full-time only Reliable transportation is required.
