Direct Mail Coordinator

Peppermill & Western Village

Job Description

The Direct Mail Coordinator will assist with the pre-sorting, packing, banding, and imprinting of addresses on the mail pieces that are produced daily by our in-house print shop.

Duties:

Process mail using our Kirk-Rudy printer/tabber and Quadient folder/inserter.
Produce digital variable mail pieces on our Xerox Iridesse digital presses.
Retain and execute daily tasks expressed in production meetings.
Communicate any issue(s) that may affect items being mailed out on time.
Ensure mailroom processes are followed accurately without error.

Qualifications:

Experience with mailroom software, procedures, and equipment used such as inserters, address printers, etc.
Ability to be flexible in job duties—every day is different.
Must be able to work and communicate within a group.
Must be able to stand for 5–6 hours per shift.
Must have attention to detail.
