Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Psychology, Child Development, Behavioral Psychology, or a related field Licenses and Certifications Completion of 40 hours of RBT Training Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training certificate American Red Cross First Aid and CPR certificate (preferred) Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid California Driver’s License by time of appointment Application Instructions Please fully complete the application.
