Director of Employee Rewards & Compensation Strategy
Aon Risk Services Inc
Aon is seeking a Director - Employee Rewards to lead and oversee multiple compensation consulting projects in the U.S. This strategic role requires over 10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, preferably an MBA.
The successful candidate will manage client relationships and guide junior team members while contributing to project goals. Aon offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in annual incentive plans.
