CDL Driver

Winter Services

We are seeking dependable, professional, and experienced CDL Drivers to join our snow removal team. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. Requirements Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with a clean driving record Drug-free and able to pass required screenings Minimum of 2 seasons of commercial snow plowing experience Prior experience operating snow plows, snow blowers, and applying deicing/salting products Experience supervising other laborers Skilled in training team members on site-specific needs, safe equipment operation, and safety protocols Comfortable navigating between job sites Able to communicate and interact professionally with clients and crew members Position Details On-call availability 24/7 during snow events Must be able to work long shifts and extended hours as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays Join a company that values safety, reliability, and professional growth.
