Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy program with a bachelor's, associate, or higher degree.
• Active Michigan state license required to start.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a therapy department required.
• Experience developing and implementing therapy programs, staff training, and performance management.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and regulatory requirements for long-term care.
