Position Overview: The SVP of Pharmacy Relations sets the standard for engaging and growing pharmacy relationships. This role focuses on retention, satisfaction, and organic growth across the pharmacy portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Lead a small team of account managers and collaborate with pricing, contracting, and reconciliation teams. Establish strategic alignment and consistent engagement across all pharmacy partners. What Success Looks Like: A scalable engagement model and documented account plans for every partner. A high-functioning team with clear roles and regular business reviews.
