Bond Health Staffing is expanding its sales and account management division and is looking to partner with an experienced Healthcare Staffing Sales & Recruiting Professional who wants to operate with true ownership.

 

This is not a traditional employment role.

 

This is an opportunity to build, grow, and manage your own accounts within a well-established national staffing firm — with the infrastructure, delivery team, and reputation already in place.

 

If you have experience in healthcare staffing and know how to generate business, this gives you the platform to scale your success and earn like a partner in the business.

 

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for:

• Bringing in new client accounts across healthcare and related sectors

• Managing and growing those relationships long-term

• Running full-cycle recruitment tied directly to your accounts

• Driving placements and revenue, with full support from our recruiting team

You are not just filling a role — you are building your own portfolio within our company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and secure new client partnerships across healthcare, allied health, behavioral health, special education, and related sectors

• Manage full-cycle recruiting tied to your accounts (sourcing, screening, placement)

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Identify new market opportunities and expand into new regions nationwide

• Work closely with internal recruiting resources to ensure strong delivery

• Drive consistent placements and revenue growth

• Represent Bond Health Staffing as a trusted staffing partner

 

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in healthcare staffing sales and/or recruiting

• Strong business development ability — opening and growing accounts

• Experience placing roles such as nurses, allied health, behavioral health, or similar

• Ability to operate independently with an ownership mindset

• Driven, results-focused, and relationship-oriented

Compensation & Structure

• Commission-based only (no base salary)

• Uncapped earnings tied directly to your accounts and placements

• High-percentage structure designed to reward production and growth
