Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions./ppAssure Quality representation for assigned shift./ppPrepare Quality shift reports as needed./ppPerform Quality inspection audits, identifies anomalies, writes, and routes NCR/AR/SDR and performs inspection training./ppEnsure process inspections are adequate and in compliance to Quality System/ppDocument own work and verify that proper procedures are followed./ppResearch and prepare records for processing. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential function./ppMust have a High School Diploma or GED, plus quality systems training, ANST Level II certification in at least one discipline./pp2 - 4 years hands-on inspection experience, including documented safety training, general leadership ability, or an equivalent combination./ppAll requirements must be accomplished in primary language, which is English./ppMust have knowledge of quality systems and, including an understanding of ISO 9001 and API/ppIndividual must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals./ppMust have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence./ppMust have the ability to effectively present information to top management or other groups./ppAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals./ppAbility to compute rate, ration, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs./ppAbility to prepare, interpret and present reports to direct or indirect management./ppMust possess the ability to write, edit and implement quality process procedures./ppMust complete all required basic skill, special skills and perquisite training associated with the Quality Group/ppMust have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form./ppAbility to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations./ppGeneral recognized understanding of aspects of the assigned Quality department duties/ppMust have the ability to recognize potential problems, quickly report such concerns, and work directly with the HSEQ Team Lead and Global HSEQ group in the problem-solving process./ppAttention to detail is a must; therefore, continuous analyzing of the on-going process is important to recognizing and preventing potential problems.
