This is our company ethos, but it's our people's too: Refresco is at the cutting edge of a fast-moving industry because we have passionate people pushing the boundaries of what's best.Stop and think: how would YOU put our drinks on every table?Summary Description:The Materials Management Analyst II will be responsible for material inventory metrics and tracking execution, such as days of supply, excess inventory, and aged materials.Essential Functions:Material Projection analysis Includes tracking, communicating, analyzing, and evaluating material inventoriesInclude manual adjustments to account for actual performance and delta changesExecution Tracking (Exposure risk, target completion, material status).Manage and communicate inventory analysis reports to key stakeholders (Account Managers, Production Planners, Material Planners).Use critical thinking to build scenarios and analyze solutions to mitigate exposure risk ($)Project and analyze month-end inventory across all materials.Extension requests upon material expiration.Project and analyze month-end exposure risk for all aged materials to accounting and Supply Chain Finance.Assist Project Management in projects that arise for cost savings and/or sustainability initiatives.Extract data from a variety of sources and provide analysis in presentable formats such as reports, charts, and graphs.Generate, interpret, validate, and summarize monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports as needed to support and drive business initiatives.Assist with special projects as needed.Lead standardization for inventory and aging processes.Monitors and supports the following functions: ProcurementFinanceMaster DataProduction PlannerMaterials PlannerThis role is also responsible for playing the role as super user (Key User) for Supply Chain Planning, reporting and deployment.Additionally, this role supports ad-hoc business analytics / reporting to identify trends and support the rundown, launches, and deactivationRequired Skills and Competencies:3+ years of excellent SAP experiencePower BI (or similar) experience preferredProject executionMRP, Material Planning and Order Management skillsAdvanced excel and reporting skillsLeadershipCollaboration and trainingStrategic ThinkingSelf-starter, ability to lead technical components of projects based on overall plan with minimal directionData driven, analytical with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communicator and strong team player who can work across multiple functions.Ability to work under pressure with limited guidance but with the business acumen to drive the correct decisions based upon company pillars.Organized and detail oriented, adaptable to change.Relates well to people, resolves conflicts, understands, and meets needs of business partners.Consistently delivers results and demonstrates personal initiative and independent motivation to achieve goals and objectives.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and changing prioritiesProficiency Level:Possesses beginning to working-level knowledge of subject matter. Leading, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.Education and Experience:3 – 5 years experience working in Supply Chain analysisBA/BS in Business or Supply Chain preferredPrior experience in food/ beverage manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain highly desirable.Lean Six Sigma experience preferredWorking Conditions:Physical Demands – Continuously sitting for prolonged periods, as the job is administrative in nature.Visual/Sensory – This position requires attention to detail, requiring attention with one or two senses at a time.Work environment – Work and environment is fast pace, requiring ability to remain focused under pressure.
